Sur le Fil comes from the edge of Mâcon-La Roche-Vineuse, where two soils, two vineyard ages and two sides of the appellation meet.

The rest is Chardonnay.

At Tranampelo, Potamisi is bottled as a single variety an unusual choice for a grape traditionally used in blends.

From organically farmed, non-irrigated vines in Glinado, Naxos, it spends eight months on its lees in stainless steel. No oak to disguise it, no need to.

Just Potamisi: herbal, floral, taut, saline and unmistakably Cycladic.

Solessence is the signature cuvée of J.M. Sélèque, bringing together Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir from a mosaic of vineyards across the Coteaux Sud d’Épernay.

The Pacific has a say in these w**es.

Founded in 1989, Villard was one of the pioneers of premium, cool-climate w**emaking in Casablanca Valley a region shaped by the Humboldt Current, morning fog and the cooling influence of the Pacific.

The Expresión Reserve range captures that identity through two very different grapes. Syrah brings darker fruit, spice and structure, while Pinot Noir leans into cherry, strawberry, freshness and finesse.

There is a particular kind of Riesling that doesn’t need to shout.

Thorle Saulheim Riesling Kalkstein comes from some of the most limestone-rich sites around Saulheim, where low yields and careful hand selection give the w**e its unmistakable combination of concentration and precision.

Fermented with indigenous yeasts, partly in old oak and partly in stainless steel, then left on its full lees for seven months, it brings together ripe apricot and yellow peach with herbal spice, creamy texture and that unmistakable salty-mineral line of limestone.
