Jarett Karlsberg (Jarett Karlsberg) was one of the early adopters of the adult non-alcoholic cocktail movement in New York, incorporating Roots Divino vermouths into his bar program.

For years, he has been behind one of the city’s most sophisticated and consistent drinks programs at Wythe Hotel, including its bars and restaurants Bar Blondeau and Le Crocodile.

Jasper County has already become a classic at Le Crocodile. Simple, bright and refreshing, it combines Roots Divino Bianco with grapefruit and a touch of tonic. After a couple of years on the menu, it remains one of their most popular non-alcoholic options. A great example of how a well thought out NA cocktail bar program can turn into a true bar classic.

“Streets of Gold” is a non-alcoholic margarita-inspired cocktail served at the legendary Union Square Cafe in New York. It is made with NA agave spirit, Roots Divino Rosso non-alcoholic vermouth, ginger, orange, lemon, and chili.
