We are excited to be joining their No, Low & Mid-Strength Summit in Amsterdam on April 21st

Roots Divino will be part of a panel discussing one of the most critical — and often challenging — aspects of this (and any really) category: how to identify and build strong distribution and wholesale partnerships for non-alcoholic spirits.

What’s clear is that the non-alcoholic spirits category is not a fad. It is steadily becoming an established part of the spirits landscape across both the US and Europe. Events like this play an important role in shaping its future in the European market.

Everyone is looking for a perfect Non Alc Dry Martini ! Well, the confirms our 50-50 Dry Martini with Roots Divino Bianco

Adding mouthfeel to non alc cocktails is a lot easier with shaken drinks than stirred ones because you can incorporate richer ingredients, like egg white. But Martinis are stirred. from shares her perfect Dry Martini recipe which features Roots Divino Bianco, and Amass Riverine, a nonalcoholic spirit, infused with juniper, coriander and mint, that’s a good substitute for gin.

Serves 1
Ingredients:

1.5 ounces Amass Riverine
1.5 ounces Roots Divino Bianco
(.25 ounce mint gomme syrup)
Ice

One ¼-inch thick round lemon slice, for garnish.

Pour the liquids into a large glass, ideally a mixing glass.
Fill the glass with ice and stir for approximately 30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini or cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

If you want the full package add also the Mint Gomme Syrup:

(Yields enough for 24 individual drinks)
½ cup boiling water
Approximately ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed
½ cup white sugar
¾ teaspoon gum arabic powder

Pour the boiling water over a bowl with fresh mint leaves and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Let sit until cooled to room temperature.
