Rhyton’s community was founded by a group of young people that brought together their creative and productive powers, setting as their primary aim to search for and map the authentic raw materials, to develop a model network of mostly local producers and family businesses, to word an alternative way of unfolding and displaying the Greek gastronomic culture. In Rhyton we are well aware that we do not deal simply with food products, but with ancient cultural symbols of the Mediterranean diet such as honey and oil, that narrate a fascinating story of flavors, relationships and experiences.
