Every time I look at this photo, I feel that I am looking at something far more than just my past.

I see my grandparents, with their very first animals. I see two people who perhaps could never have imagined that what they were building with their own hands, with hard work, love and patience, would one day become such an important part of my life and of our family’s story.

.

I owe them so much.
Because, without even knowing it, they gave me something that cannot be bought and cannot easily be taught: they gave me roots.

And today, many years later, I am trying to continue what they started. I opened our farm to visitors, so that others can experience for themselves what I learned from a young age: that life alongside animals has a beauty that is difficult to put into words.

For the animals, for the values, for the memories, and above all, for the love you passed down to me.

If today I can look at this photograph and continue its story, it is because once upon a time, you made the very first beginning.

And this story… continues. ❤️🐐🌿

Today, I want to share something very special.
Two years ago, she became the first and youngest visitor of our farm. A little girl who, with her pure heart and beautiful spirit, left a special mark on us. ❤️
Two years later, she came back.
She had grown… but the connection remained.
And once again, we created beautiful memories together.
Time passes. Children grow. But genuine connections stay. 🌿
For us, this is the true meaning of tourism —
not just welcoming visitors, but creating memories and friendships that bring people back. ❤️🐐
Some visitors leave footprints on our farm.
The special ones leave them in our hearts.

Today, our farm bids farewell to our 😢 Our leader 🐐

You chose to "sleep" in the mountains—the ones you loved so much!!
We grew up together...!!! You were our leader for 10 years and our companion for 18!!! The sound of the bell you wore will never stop ringing in my ears.Our family is grateful for your work 🙏🌿

I bid you farewell with sorrow and a heavy heart, hoping you felt all our love... May you be guided into the light 🩷😢

Σημερα η φαρμα μας αποχαιρετά τον Ψαρρη μας 😢 Τον Αρχηγό μας 🐐

Επέλεξες να "κοιμηθείς" στα βουνά ,αυτα που αγαπούσες!!
Μεγαλώσαμε μαζί.. !!! Ήσουν για 10 χρόνια αρχηγός, 18 χρόνια η παρέα μας !!! Το κουδούνι που φορούσες ,δεν θα σταματήσει να ακούγεται ποτέ στα αυτιά μου.

Με θλίψη σε αποχαιρετώ , με καρδια πληγωμένη και ελπίζω να ένιωσες όλη την αγάπη μας ... Να οδηγηθείς στο φως 🩷😢

Μια εικόνα… χίλιες λέξεις!
Ο πατέρας μου, εγώ και η κόρη μου. Τρεις γενιές που ενώνονται από τις ίδιες αξίες, την ίδια αγάπη για τη φύση, τα ζώα και τη ζωή στη φάρμα.

Και μαζί μας ο #Ψαρης, αδιαμφισβήτητος αρχηγός του κοπαδιού μας. 18 ολόκληρα χρόνια δίπλα μας, μεγαλώνοντας μαζί με την οικογένειά μας και γράφοντας τη δική του ξεχωριστή ιστορία.

Τρεις γενιές ανθρώπων και ένας αρχηγός. Μια φωτογραφία γεμάτη αναμνήσεις, περηφάνια και την υπόσχεση ότι όσα αγαπήσαμε θα συνεχίσουν να περνούν από γενιά σε γενιά.

🙏🙏 I would like to thank one of our visitors for capturing this moment for me 🩷 There is something truly magical about training the little goat to become the new of the herd while the old leader stands beside him, now 17 years old. There is something deeply tender in seeing him understand that it is time to rest and be cared for by our family after a lifetime of leading. And it is incredibly emotional to realize that for the last 17 years, you have grown up alongside the leader of the farm. Moments like this show the true life of a farm — filled with gratitude, pride, love, and emotions that are hard to put into words !!🩶

🙏🙏 Θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω έναν από τους επισκέπτες μας που απαθανάτισε αυτή τη στιγμή για μένα 🩷 Υπάρχει κάτι πραγματικά μαγικό στο να εκπαιδεύεις το μικρό κατσικάκι να γίνει ο νέος #αρχηγός του κοπαδιού, ενώ ο παλιός αρχηγός στέκεται δίπλα του, τώρα 17 ετών. Υπάρχει κάτι βαθιά τρυφερό στο να τον βλέπεις να καταλαβαίνει ότι είναι καιρός να ξεκουραστεί και να τον φροντίσει η οικογένειά μας μετά από μια ζωή ηγεσίας. Και είναι απίστευτα συγκινητικό να συνειδητοποιείς ότι τα τελευταία 17 χρόνια, έχεις μεγαλώσει δίπλα στον αρχηγό του αγροκτήματος. Στιγμές σαν κι αυτή δείχνουν την αληθινή ζωή ενός αγροκτήματος - γεμάτες ευγνωμοσύνη, υπερηφάνεια, αγάπη και συναισθήματα που είναι δύσκολο να περιγραφούν με λόγια.🩶

🌱🌿 Every year around this time, my grandmother would gently gather wild oregano as she walked the mountain paths with our goats. The scent of oregano, the sound of the bells, and her quiet presence made those moments feel timeless and full of love.
🌼🌸 Even today, the smell of oregano always brings my memory back to those precious years.
