The cave is part of Heliotopos hotel, it is over 200 years old, renovated in the 1980s in the shape it has today. Wine and food served in a romantic/atmospheric environment with friendly hosts.

To our dear friends, visitors, and the many of you we’ve come to call family: Your presence has been the soul of our home, whether it was a quiet morning on your balcony at Heliotopos Hotel or a shared toast at The Wine Bar.

We would like to inform you that we will not be operating for the 2026 season to undergo a period of thoughtful renovation and care.
