Το προϊόν marm eλλada είναι μία καινοτομική βιολογική μαρμελάδα απο βιολογικά πιστοποιημένα λαχανικά κολοκύθας και καρότου. Είναι πλούσια σε φυτικές ίνες, χωρίς προσθήκη ζάχαρης (περιέχει φυσικά σάκχαρα), χωρίς προσθήκη χρωστικών, με μειωμένες θερμίδες και με φυσικές γλυκαντικές απο το φυτό στέβια. Marm eλλada innovation regards a vegetable jam the main ingredients of which are certified organic c
arrots and pumpkins. It is a jam rich in fibres, with few calories, no added sugar and no preservatives or pigments. Natural sweeteners replace the sugar. Marm eλλada is an eco-friendly, healthy and nutritious alternative to conventional jam products. Marm eλλada is produced according to the EU Regulations regarding food hygiene, food labelling, food additives, uses of ingredients from stevia and nutrition and health claims, as well as the Greek Codex Alimentarius. Marm eλλada is the initiative and creation of five Food Technology Bachelor students from the Food Technology Department, in the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly (Karditsa) under the supervision of their Lecturer, Theofanis Georgopoulos.
