🍇 Today we harvested our Kotsifali grapes, beginning the journey towards our sun-dried wine.
The grapes were carefully spread out on wooden trays, the traditional “tsisveres” to bask under the Cretan sun. ☀️

With patience, care, and the craft passed down through generations, our very own sun-dried “Kotsifali” wine will be born. 🍷✨
