Η σύνθεση του Mataroa Pink βασίζεται στην ήδη αγαπηµένη σύνθεση του Mataroa Mediterranean Dry Gin (δώδεκα εκλεκτά βοτανικά συστατικά από χώρες της Μεσογείου), εµπλουτισµένη µε δύο συστατικά-κλειδιά, πάντα Μεσογειακά, το Ρόδι και τον Ιβίσκο. Ελάχιστα πιο ελαφρύ σε αλκοολικούς βαθµούς, αλλά µε εξίσου πλούσια και ιδιαίτερη γεύση, το Mataroa Pink µπορεί να αποτελέσει βάση για premium cocktails, αλλά να σερβιριστεί και µόνο του, µε λίγο πάγο.
