Mikònu Local Beer Under the rocks, inside the wind-mills, next to the reeds, a hidden Giant awaits to jump into the frothy foam.

Our brewery is situated just outside Mykonos town, and a short 10-minute drive from the airport. Our operation is underground, in an industrial space that used to be the old bowling alley (of which we sadly did not manage to keep a lane). Our stainless tanks and brewhouse were made to order in Greece, tailored to our needs, and our in-house desalination plant produces fresh, potable water, for bot

h production and consumption. Our malt-room infuses the brewery with Greek and Belgian malt aromas, while the squeaky sound of one of us constantly cleaning one thing or another completes the multisensory experience of what it means to be a brewer. Visible from our taproom, the brewery is a compact factory that utilizes a mixture of modern brewing methods, DIY constructions, and innovative and experimental techniques which aim to combat the difficulties inherent in brewing on a Greek island. If you are into craft beer, then you definitely need to check our brewery out. If you aren’t a craft beer fan then we bet that we’ll convert you.
