Clay sand hay, the 3 ingredients of our daily routine 🧱
Making bricks 1 by 1 by hand from local soil is a special process that will give the house we build a soul✨

We tested the region’s soil to make our mortar. We test and choose the best of it 🧱
The process is to mix this soil with straw, water and gravel to assemble the bricks of our future self-constructed cob house.

You’ll take the lead on managing bookings, guest stays, and the daily flow of our space, while also ensuring our accommodations are clean and welcoming.

We work in a non-hierarchical, collaborative way so you’ll always have support around you, while also enjoying real autonomy in how you organise your work. We value balance and free time, with work mainly in the mornings during weekdays ☀️

There will also be opportunities to get involved in other activities and take on more diverse responsibilities if you wish as we grow.

Feeling powerless has been reigning this weeks mood.
In order to act upon the latest happenings in the world we’ve developed this visual essay called “Refarmctions” - standing for the reflections originated while all of us are living the farm life.
