There’s a word in Greek that doesn’t quite translate: parea.

It’s the people around the table. The ones who pull their chair a little closer, fill your glass before you ask and reach for the same plate in the middle without thinking twice. It isn’t the food. It’s everyone gathered around it.

That’s what we built here, on a quiet yard in Paros.
