After the nectar collection MeloMelissa (Honey Bee) transfers it into the hive in order to mature and to transform to pure honey. ct is characterized by high quality as reflected in the significant percentages of pollen found in our honey. Our hives are located in the Island of Paros located in the Aegean Sea in Cyclades. Our bees collect thyme honey during August in a small production.
