28η Οκτωβρίου στήνουμε μεσημεριανό γλέντι στην Κυκάω παρέα με τα Τρυγόνια / Trygonia!
Μεζές: Μπαφα Τεμπουρα με asterix σκορδαλια και aioli με άγριο μάραθο.

📍 Νανοζυθοποιείο Κυκάω, Πλατάνι

Σαν να φυσάει απ’ τα βουνά και να κατεβαίνουν μελωδίες, έτσι έρχονται τα Τρυγόνια, μια μπάντα που φέρνει το άρωμα της παράδοσης με ήχο ζωντανό στο εδώ και το τώρα. Κλαρίνο, βιολί, λαούτο και κρουστά μπλέκονται σε ένα γλέντι όπου όλοι τραγουδούν και όλοι χορεύουν. Από σκοπούς της Ηπείρου μέχρι νησιώτικους χορούς, τα Τρυγόνια δεν παίζουν απλώς μουσική· καλούν τον κόσμο να πιαστεί χέρι-χέρι σε κύκλο, σαν παλιό πανηγύρι. Είναι μια ανάμνηση από το παρελθόν και μια γιορτή για το παρόν. Εκεί που η παράδοση δεν είναι μουσειακό απολίθωμα, αλλά ζωντανή και ιδρωμένη απ’ το γλέντι. Έρχονται. Με φτερούγισμα και ρυθμό.

Δάφνη Παπαστρατή - κλαρίνο, φωνή
Θάνος Γεωργόπουλος - λαούτο, βιολί, νταούλι
Σταμάτης Μπενέτας - ντέφι, τουμπελέκι

From the wild herbs and vines to the trees and fruits of the Mediterranean, four IPAs made with ingredients that grow really close by! Greek grapes, wild thyme, caper leaves, figs, cedar, gentian rutu, yuzu and hibiscus. Well... yuzu and hibiscus are not really native, but they were a great addition, in that crazy experiment!

Twelve cans, four different ways to wander through the Mediterranean wild.

A Mediterranean herbal West coast pilsner, collab with Kykao (Greece).

In this collab we decided to combine two wild things to see what would come of them, Greek mountain tea and Latvian wild juniper branches and berries, and it has resulted in a magical touch to an otherwise quite simple style. New Zealand’s Rakau hops create the perfect backbone for the various herbal nuances to play with each other.
