Takao cooks with the kind of quiet confidence we admire most: remarkable ingredients, impeccable technique and flavours that never need to shout. For one evening only, he’ll be serving an exclusive menu created just for Glyfada: fresh, vibrant, ingredient-led and impossible to repeat.

To match the menu, we’ll be pouring a one-night-only cocktail selection created with Votanikon Gin, Otto's Athens Vermouth and , alongside a curated selection of Japanese spirits.
