Today, we are the largest organization of the island representing all the growers and counting 1.200 active members. Committed to safeguard the local cultivations, we produce high quality Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Santorini wines and produc

ts, as well as promoting sustainable agriculture development. SantoWines R&D examines closely and develops our cultivation and vinification techniques, as we aim to preserve biodiversity, through the operation of a nursery of autochthonous volcanic varieties. Being the ambassadors of Santorini's pure taste we produce: PDO Santorini wines, PDO Santorini Tomato, PDO Santorini Fava, Capers, Caper Leaves, as well as traditional preserves: Grape and Tomato. All the products available by Santo, guarantee the authenticity and the premium quality of the excellent products of the island, that have a distinct position in the worldwide gastronomy. Κάποιες ιστορίες χρειάζονται χρόνο για να ξεδιπλωθούν. Και έναν χώρο για να ειπωθούν. ⏳

Στη Βλυχάδα της Σαντορίνης, ένα αναπαλαιωμένο εργοστάσιο ντομάτας ετοιμάζεται να ανοίξει ξανά τις πόρτες του, φιλοξενώντας ένα νέο κεφάλαιο στην ιστορία της Santo Wines.

Ένας χώρος που κουβαλά τη μνήμη της παραγωγικής ιστορίας του νησιού αποκτά ξανά ζωή, φιλοξενώντας τις ιστορίες, τους ανθρώπους και τις στιγμές που διαμόρφωσαν τη διαδρομή του Συνεταιρισμού μας μέσα στον χρόνο.

In Vlychada, Santorini, a restored tomato factory is preparing to open its doors once again, becoming home to a new chapter in the story of Santo Wines.

A place that carries the memory of the island's productive heritage is coming back to life, becoming home to the stories, people, and moments that have shaped the journey of our Cooperative through time.

Soon, visitors will be able to discover it for themselves and gain a deeper understanding of the history, roots, and heritage of Santo Wines, where the past meets the present and continues to inspire the future.

Είμαστε ιδιαίτερα περήφανοι που ολόκληρη η σειρά Santo Roots διακρίθηκε στα Berlin Global Olive Oil Awards 2026, έναν από τους σημαντικότερους διεθνείς διαγωνισμούς ελαιολάδου.

Η διάκριση αυτή έχει για εμάς ξεχωριστή σημασία, καθώς πρόκειται για την πρώτη σειρά Εξαιρετικά Παρθένων Ελαιολάδων Σαντορίνης που δημιούργησε η Santo Wines, με στόχο να αναδείξει μια ακόμη πτυχή της αγροτικής και γαστρονομικής κληρονομιάς του ηφαιστειακού νησιού μας.

We are especially proud that the entire Santo Roots collection was recognized at the Berlin Global Olive Oil Awards 2026, one of the most important international olive oil competitions.

This distinction holds special significance for us, as Santo Roots is the first series of Extra Virgin Olive Oils from Santorini created by Santo Wines, with the aim of highlighting another dimension of our volcanic island's agricultural and gastronomic heritage.

Υπάρχουν στυλ κρασιών που έχουν ταυτιστεί με τη Σαντορίνη. Υπάρχουν όμως και εκείνα που αποκαλύπτουν μια διαφορετική πλευρά της.

Το Santo Sparkling Rosé Demi-Sec, από Ασύρτικο και Μανδηλαριά, ήταν το πρώτο αφρώδες ροζέ που δημιουργήθηκε από παραγωγό της Σαντορίνης, συνδυάζοντας τη φρεσκάδα της εμβληματικής λευκής ποικιλίας του νησιού με τον φρουτώδη χαρακτήρα μιας από τις πιο παραδοσιακές ερυθρές ποικιλίες του.

Λεπτές φυσαλίδες, αρώματα κερασιού και κόκκινων φρούτων, δροσερή οξύτητα και μια ευχάριστη επίγευση συνθέτουν ένα κρασί φτιαγμένο για καλοκαιρινές στιγμές δίπλα στη θάλασσα.

Some nights stay with us because they are remarkable. ⚜️

One of those was the evening dedicated to celebrating the publication of 100 Years of the Phantom, a remarkable gathering of stories, heritage, and people who continue to shape the future through a deep respect for tradition.

For Santo Wines, this evening held special meaning, as it formed part of our collaboration as an official partner of the Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts' Club publication 100 Years of the Phantom, published by St James's House. It was an opportunity to share our own story, that of Santorini vineyard, the people of our Cooperative, and a winemaking heritage that has evolved through generations.

Because whether it is an iconic automobile or a historic vineyard, true value lies in timelessness, consistency, and stories that endure.

An evening that reminded us that the most powerful stories are the ones that continue to be written..

Μερικές βραδιές μένουν αληθινά ανεξίτηλες στη μνήμη. ⚜️

Μία από αυτές ήταν η βραδιά αφιερωμένη στoν εορτασμό της έκδοσης του 100 Years of the Phantom, μια ξεχωριστή συνάντηση ιστοριών, κληρονομιάς και ανθρώπων που συνεχίζουν να διαμορφώνουν το μέλλον μέσα από τον σεβασμό στην παράδοση.

Για τη Santo Wines, η βραδιά αυτή είχε ιδιαίτερη σημασία, καθώς αποτέλεσε μέρος της συνεργασίας μας ως επίσημου συνεργάτη της επετειακής έκδοσης 100 Years of the Phantom του Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts' Club, που εκδόθηκε από τον οίκο St James's House. Μια ευκαιρία να μοιραστούμε τη δική μας ιστορία, αυτή του Σαντορινιού αμπελώνα, των ανθρώπων του Συνεταιρισμού μας και μιας αμπελουργικής κληρονομιάς που εξελίσσεται εδώ και γενιές.

Ομάδα Παραγωγής & Μεταφορών

Υπάρχουν άνθρωποι στον Συνεταιρισμό μας που βρίσκονται καθημερινά πίσω από τη λειτουργία του οινοποιείου και φροντίζουν ώστε όλα να κινούνται με συνέπεια, ρυθμό και ευθύνη.

Ο Χρήστος βρίσκεται στη Santo Wines εδώ και 16 χρόνια, αποτελώντας σταθερό μέλος της ομάδας μας. Με εμπειρία, αφοσίωση και καθημερινή παρουσία, συμβάλλει ουσιαστικά στη λειτουργία και τις ανάγκες της παραγωγικής δραστηριότητας μας.

Ξέρει καλά πως πίσω από κάθε φιάλη υπάρχει μια ολόκληρη αλυσίδα ανθρώπων και δουλειάς που δεν φαίνεται πάντα, αλλά είναι απαραίτητη για να φτάσει το αποτέλεσμα ολοκληρωμένο στο ποτήρι σας.

Christos has been part of Santo Wines for 16 years and is a steady member of our team. Through experience, dedication, and daily commitment, he plays an important role in supporting our operational and production needs.

He knows well that behind every bottle there is an entire chain of people and work that may not always be visible, yet is essential for the final result to reach your glass exactly as it should.
