🇬🇧 While harvest has already begun in Champagne, Burgundy, Northern Italy and Tuscany, there is still time in our vineyards in Campania, on Mount Kithaironas near Athens, and in Crete. In some areas, we will begin picking in early September; in others, almost a month from now.
In an increasingly warm and unpredictable climate, these places and their indigenous varieties have a powerful story to tell. Grown here for centuries and adapted to sunlight, drought, wind and altitude, these grapes can still preserve freshness, balance and identity.
Perhaps some of the answers to tomorrow’s climate challenges have been here all along, rooted in lands with thousands of years of viticultural history.

🇮🇹 Mentre la vendemmia è già iniziata in Champagne, Borgogna, Nord Italia e Toscana, nei nostri vigneti in Campania, sul Monte Kithaironas e a Creta c’è ancora tempo. In alcune zone raccoglieremo a inizio settembre, in altre tra quasi un mese.
In un clima sempre più caldo e imprevedibile, questi territori e le loro varietà autoctone hanno molto da raccontare. Vitigni coltivati qui da secoli e adattati alla luce, alla siccità, al vento e all’altitudine, capaci ancora di preservare freschezza, equilibrio e identità.
Forse alcune risposte alle sfide climatiche del futuro erano già qui, radicate in terre dalla storia viticola millenaria.
