Sjaak and Chantal! And an olive taster running around crazy out of joy!

Seriously.

1) Sjaak consumes daily supplements that contain hydroxytyrosol. What’s that? - One of the polyphenols of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. So, using the opportunity we spoke about oleocanthal as well. What’s this? - Same. One of the polyphenols of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Confirmed by numerous researches, polyphenols are greatly beneficial to our health. With this you can carry on browsing in internet. A lot of serious information. Personally me, I liked the Sjaak’s reminder and a quote of a very famous man: Food is your medicine. Here, daily, at your fingertips.

2. We have got so much involved in tasting - I forgot to give them the spitting cups! You know, in case somebody didn’t like that sip of Olive oil and would like to spit it out.. Had no need.

(UN)COMMON QUESTIONS

Tour and tasting with is all about answers, lively exchanges of impressions, and thought-provoking conversations. Discovering new things together — it's a real joy my dear people 🙂

Every tour is different because you, the visitors, are all unique — different backgrounds, interests, past experiences, ways of sensing, learning, and remembering. That’s what makes it so exciting! (That’s also why small groups work best.) But there are two COMMON reactions everyone has during the practising:

HOW CAN IT TASTE SO DIFFERENT?! (olive varieties and oils)

I NEVER IMAGINED THERE’S SO MUCH BEHIND OLIVE OIL!
