..Gastronomy that goes beyond the pleasure of eating. Gastronomy, as a multifaceted science, encompasses a wide range of different and supplementary academic fields, from humanitarian fields, to the natural and physical sciences, to marketing and semiotics. As such,

it provides the proper tools to efficiently organize and promote the food and beverage sector. The Gastronome is the maestro who orchestrates the people, products, and traditions in the context of the place and its history to present the final gastronomic outcome. Only then we can talk about the true meaning of gastronomy. We at GastrologiQ are a team of creative young professionals who undertake a range of activities that focus on the development of rural areas and highlight the cultural components of food, in order for our guests to have a complete gastronomic experience. ..GastrologiQ has collaborated with the University of Gastronomic Sciences since 2011 to organize study trips in Greece for its students. We would like to make these authentic Greek gastronomic experiences throughout Greece available to people from around the world. Exports beyond just trade
..Through our holistic approach to food, we collect special products: the treasures of the Greek gastronomic heritage. We aim to represent the producers in the best possible way; we speak on their behalf through guided tastings at points of sale, and we promote the cultural aspects of the products in addition to their culinary features. Working with our trusted network of producers, we help these unique products tell their own stories – about their history, the terroir, and the philosophy of each producer. ..GastrologiQ undertakes a variety of projects, such as the productions of books and tv shows, gastronomic consultancy for food stores, food festivals and other events (e.g. tastings, seminars). We believe that such projects and events bring social, cultural, and economic development to the area in which they take place. Most importantly, they encourage creativity and evoke a spirit of collaboration; they are a great way to show genuine conviviality and hospitality by bringing people together. Through these activities, GastrologiQ finds ways to promote traditions, bringing to light the original identity of a region or a population, and sharing them with the world. It was our great pleasure to host the students from University of Gastronomic Sciences from Italy and GastrologiQ to our Brewery!
Gastronomes from all over the world had the opportunity to learn more about our products, Vergina Beer, tuvunu Greek Mountain Tea and Thracian malts!
As always the visit ended up at our taproom where the students had the opportunity to taste all of our beers...

A journey into the aromatic heart of the Rhodope Mountains! 🌿 Today, as part of educational study trip, we visited the "Kotili" organic herb farm in Kotili, Xanthi.
​The Konte family has been cultivating premium organic herbs for over 25 years with incredible passion and respect for nature. After touring the fields and seeing the packaging process, we were treated to the most delicious traditional meal from the mountainous Rhodope region. True Greek hospitality at its finest! 🇬🇷✨

Για εμάς στην GastrologiQ , η επίσκεψη των φοιτητών του University of Gastronomic Sciences ( ) στην Ξυλαγανή δεν είναι απλώς μια εκπαιδευτική εκδρομή, αλλά μια ουσιαστική γέφυρα ανάμεσα στην παγκόσμια γαστρονομική κοινότητα και τη ζωντανή παράδοση της Θράκης.
​Το έργο του Συλλόγου σας είναι ανεκτίμητο, καθώς καταφέρνετε να διασώζετε και να μεταδίδετε την αυθεντικότητα της θρακιώτικης κουζίνας – μια κουζίνα που βασίζεται στην εποχικότητα, την πρώτη ύλη και τις ιστορικές διαδρομές των ανθρώπων μας. Το να βλέπουμε μελλοντικούς γαστρονόμους από όλο τον κόσμο να πιάνουν το γουδί για τη σκορδαλιά και να μαθαίνουν τα μυστικά του σιμιγδαλιού δίπλα σας, αποδεικνύει ότι η γαστρονομία είναι η πιο άμεση γλώσσα πολιτισμού.
​Τέτοιες συναντήσεις αναδεικνύουν την περιοχή μας ως σημείο διεθνούς ενδιαφέροντος και επιβεβαιώνουν ότι η παράδοση της Θράκης θα μπορούσε να έχει θέση στο τραπέζι όλου του κόσμου. Συγχαρητήρια για το μεράκι σας, ανυπομονούμε να συνεχίσουμε μαζί αυτό το ταξίδι γεύσεων και γνώσης!

Υποδοχή φοιτητών από το Πανεπιστήμιο UNISG Ιταλίας
Με ιδιαίτερη χαρά υποδεχθήκαμε στις εγκαταστάσεις μας μεταπτυχιακούς φοιτητές από όλο τον κόσμο, που επισκέφθηκαν την περιοχή μας στο πλαίσιο των σπουδών τους στο Πανεπιστήμιο UNISG της Ιταλίας.
Η επίσκεψη ξεκίνησε με μια περιήγηση στους ελαιώνες μας, όπου οι φοιτητές είχαν την ευκαιρία να γνωρίσουν από κοντά αιωνόβια ελαιόδεντρα της τοπικής ποικιλίας Μάκρης, ζωντανά κομμάτια της ιστορίας και της παράδοσής μας. Συζητήσαμε για την καλλιέργεια της συγκεκριμένης ποικιλίας, τα ιδιαίτερα χαρακτηριστικά της και τη σημασία της για την περιοχή μας.
Στη συνέχεια πραγματοποιήθηκε γευσιγνωσία εξαιρετικού παρθένου ελαιολάδου από ελιές ποικιλίας Μάκρης, όπου οι συμμετέχοντες ανακάλυψαν τα έντονα αρώματα, τη φρουτώδη γεύση και τον ισορροπημένο χαρακτήρα που την καθιστούν μοναδική.
Κατά τη διάρκεια της επίσκεψης, παρουσιάσαμε την ιστορία και τη φιλοσοφία της οικογενειακής μας επιχείρησης, η οποία βασίζεται στον σεβασμό προς τη φύση, την παράδοση και την ποιότητα.
Η εμπειρία ολοκληρώθηκε με ξενάγηση στο ελαιοτριβείο μας, όπου οι φοιτητές είδαν από κοντά όλα τα στάδια παραγωγής του ελαιολάδου ποικιλίας Μάκρης, από την παραλαβή του καρπού έως την τελική αποθήκευση.
Ήταν για εμάς μια ξεχωριστή εμπειρία ανταλλαγής γνώσεων και πολιτισμών, και τους ευχαριστούμε θερμά για την επίσκεψή τους. Ευχαριστούμε

📦The storage and preservation of our organic herbs and packaged products follow strict quality and safety standards.
All incoming goods are handled exclusively by our trained personnel, ensuring full compliance with established protocols.

When required, organic pest control treatments such as CO₂ or Nitrogen are applied, covering products, packaging materials and pallets, in accordance with export country regulations.

Our products are stored in a clean room environment, eliminating the risk of post-treatment contamination.
