Cheesecake & Co. Μία μικρή patisserie-εργαστήριο που ειδικεύεται στο cheesecake. Εδώ θα βρείτε το κλασσικό ελληνικό cheesecake με toppings από φρούτα, το αμερικάνικο ψημμένο cheesecake τύπου Νέας Υόρκης, την κλασσική αγαπημένη tiramisu, αλλά και πολλές άλλες γεύσεις cheesecake που δεν είχατε φανταστεί.
Όλα τα γλυκά φτιάχνονται καθημερινά στο εργαστήριο μας. Χρησιμοποιούμε μόνο πραγματικά υλικά, τυρί κρέμα, κρέμα γάλακτος και αγνό βούτυρο, δίχως πρόσθετα και συντηρητικά.

For us, the new year starts when summer comes to its end. We have the costum to celebrate the beginning of each "year" with a new recipe. This year, we have chosen a new twist on the classic Basque Cheesecake, the "Iceberg Cheesecake". The deeply caramelized burnt Cheesecake is topped with a luscious chocolate cremeux.
