Nomikos Estate Santorini Οur estate is dedicated to the cultivation, processing, & packaging of a variety of local treasures.

From fava and tomatoes to capers, pistachios, and olive oil. Additionally, we expertly process and package an assortment of nuts, dried herbs, and olives. In our local farm we cultivate, process and pack fava beans, nuts, sun dried tomatoes and other earth goods of Santorini’s land.
