A lovely flashback to last year when whilst the world seemed mad, here it was calm and bees were going about their business as usual (largely sleeping according to the harvest that year!)

Due to the enormous amount of rain we had in the last several months & the unusual weather from two hurricanes passing through the region, the bees have been sleepy & hiding a lot - such a small amount of honey was made so we decided to delay the November harvest. We will harvest in January 2021 & whilst it will be a small harvest, we hope that this now beautiful weather leads to more activity & a second harvest later in 2021. Organic bee & honey farming is a tough cookie! Please keep an eye on our shop in January 2021!

Update: The Honey Forecast!

Thank you to every one of you who has contacted us since our last harvest to enquire about our raw organic highland honey. As our loyal following knows, our honey quickly sells out and we really do only harvest 1-2 times per year...

Having checked our hives we are predicting that we will next harvest in November 2020...

If you are not on our waitlist then be sure to send us a private message with your full name & email so that you have a chance to get some of our next harvest...
..If we have a small harvest then we will release it to our waitlist, then our general mailing list before the public (& it is unlikely that we will have enough for a public release).
