Closing out the chef’s collab with the true spirit of "ina’fa’maolek" 🇬🇺

The Hyatt Chef’s led by Chef Brendan Makahi, Chef Kenny, Chef X and Chef Mau in collaboration with Chef Lenny Fejeran came together for 5 Sundays in March to bring island flavors to cafe kitchen Mes Chamoru Sunday brunch at Hyatt Regency Guam.
