Vacancy: Delivery Riders

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and build customer loyalty by delivering food in a timely, cordial manner

Ensure orders are delivered accurately and in good condition

Communicate any issues or delays and resolve problems efficiently to Management

Represent the company with excellence and professionalism by driving safely, exercising good judgment, and treating customers with respect

Must produce a valid police clearance and passport photo

Must be willing to work flexible hours

Vacancy: Office Assistant/Dispatcher

Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, and filinG

Communicate with delivery riders and drives to perform their duties on the road.

Maintain office supplies and equipment, anticipating requirements, stocking supplies, and ensuring everything is in working order

Sell services provided by the business to customers

Manage the inventory database and inform management about basic stock requirements

Greet customers and visitors as needed, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests

Knowledge in MS Word and Excel (an asset)

Knowledge in printing, scanning and photocopying (an asset)

Availability to work night-shift (7PM - 6AM)

Must have a valid police clearance and passport size photo
