中環有格調高質西日 Fusion酒吧❤️裝修極具時尚感，吧枱好靚可以睇到調酒師即場調酒，另外室外位置天氣涼一定好chill，食物方面有濃厚西日fusion感覺😀

AKAGAI
超鍾意食赤貝，本身係口感比較爽，而且食落去鮮甜，厚切令佢咬落去更加有口感，魚生加上了南瓜蓉、苦瓜，鹹鹹香香更能帶出鮮味。

CELTUCE SALAD
本身就超愛食萵筍，脆口感覺輕盈，底部有檸檬所以食嘅時候非常清新。中間嘅有三文魚子所以食嘅之後又有啲海鮮香，口感輕盈。

CARAMELIZED PUMPKIN
超驚喜，冇諗過南瓜都可以咁好食！南瓜燉煮至軟糯香甜，表面用焦糖方式烹調，再灑滿肉桂粉＋脆杏仁片。外層香甜內裏軟糯

CHARCOAL GRILLED EEL
備長炭鰻魚好驚喜，因為真係好似日本咁拎嚿消滅咗嘅彈出嚟放上鰻魚，實在太打卡了。食嘅時候有炭火香氣，外皮焦脆肉香。

WAGYU KATSU SANDO
日本和牛三文治，靚嘅日本和牛，三文治用咗黑色，所以睇落去超型。見到和牛嘅紋理超靚，仲係勁粉紅色，肉汁豐盈，裏面係剛剛熟嘅狀態，口感超好。

Matcha cheesecake
茶香濃郁 唔會太甜，食出抹茶香味。

Mini melon daifuku
大幅食得多，蜜瓜味真係少見，外層軟糯煙韌，包住飽滿蜜瓜餡，清新解膩。

JADE
冷泡茉莉茶香，酒味比較濃，杯酒外型設計超靚，有少少乾花襯托。

BASALT
係由火山概念設計，干邑為基底，融合左肉桂同柚子嘅微酸清香，層次豐富。

Important Update 📣 Our interiors are getting a brand new look!✨
Our indoor area will be closed for renovations from 16 August to early October, lunch and dinner service will be temporarily suspended during this period. Our outdoor rooftop will be open as usual 🌆

We can‘t wait to show you what we have in store and bring you a new and improved experience as we step into this new chapter. In the meantime, come join us on the rooftop 😌 Here are our adjusted opening hours during renovations:
