The story of Cantina Del Pino begins not with a barrel, but with a friendship — and a pine tree.
In the 1920s, Giuseppe V***a purchased this land from his dear friend, Domizio Cavazza. A legendary agronomist and director of the Royal Enological School of Alba, Cavazza was also a man of heart. To celebrate the birth of his first son, he planted a Mediterranean pine tree at the highest point of the Ovello hill. 🌲
That tree still stands today — over a century later — watching over the vineyards, the seasons, and three generations of the V***a family who have cared for this land with quiet devotion .
When Giuseppe took over, he named the estate after that very pine: “Del Pino” — in honour of a friendship, a family, and a promise kept across time .
Today, the pine remains the soul of this winery. A symbol of roots that run deep, and a legacy that continues to grow.

Cantina Del Pino 的故事，並非始於橡木桶，而是一段友誼——還有一棵松樹。
1920年代，朱塞佩·瓦卡（Giuseppe V***a）從他的摯友多米齊奧·卡瓦扎（Domizio Cavazza）手中買下了這片土地。卡瓦扎是阿爾巴皇家釀酒學校的校長，也是一位傳奇的農學家，更是一位深情的父親。為了慶祝長子的誕生，他在奧韋洛山（Ovello hill）的最高處，親手種下一棵地中海松樹。🌲
這棵松樹，至今依然屹立——穿越百年風雨，靜靜守望著葡萄園、四季流轉，以及瓦卡家族三代人的耕耘與堅守。
朱塞佩接手後，將酒莊命名為 「皮諾」（Del Pino）——意大利語中的「松樹」。這是一份獻給友誼的致敬，也是一個跨越時光的承諾 。
如今，這棵松樹仍是酒莊的靈魂。它的根深入土壤，正如這個家族的傳承，生生不息。
