Growing Appetite For White Burgundy in U.S.

The year ahead will be challenging for Burgundy wines in all markets. Burgundy wine-trade body, the BIVB, recently published figures showing that two small harvests have led to historically low stocks and this is already making an impact on volumes shipped but not on value, as prices rise in the face of a shortage. “This paradox reflects the current situation in the Burgundy winegrowing region – sales are doing well but there is a lack of product,” it explained.

a) the Association Concerning Sexual Violence Against Women (http://www.rainlily.org.hk/zh), a HK non-government charitable organization that works to raise awareness of sexual violence against women and promotes a gender equal environment.
b) Habitat for Humanity (http://www.habitat.org/), a volunteering charitable organization that seeks to eliminate substandard or poverty housing and to provide housing to those who otherwise would not be able to afford it.

Lanson rose label édition limitée la vie en rose: WS 92 - Beautiful texture. It's difficult to pinpoint the individual flavors, so well is this put together, but fresh berries and graphite come to mind, along with flowers and citrus. Very complex, with a long, lingering aftertaste.

Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Rose: WS 92 - A distinctive rosé Champagne that smells like potpourri or Christmas punch with its cinnamon and clove accents. There's depth and intensity to the berry and whole-grain bread notes, matched to a raw silk texture and vibrant structure. Excellent length.

Larmandier-Bernier Rose de Saignee Premier Cru Extra Brut: WS 91 - A deeply hued rosé, dry and spicy, with a subtle weave of black cherry, currant, biscuit and grapefruit zest flavors, backed by firm, integrated acidity and a smoky mineral thread that lingers on the finish.

Jacques Selosse Brut Rose: RP 96 - An utterly electrifying wine, the NV Brut Rose is simply drop dead gorgeous. The style is all about energy, delineation and minerality. The balance and overall sense of harmony are both dazzling.
