This evening brings a six-Champagne tasting paired with a custom menu created by the restaurant’s team. We are delighted to welcome Mr. Johann Henschke, sixth‑generation winemaker of Henschke Winery, who will share his experience, philosophy, and deep passion for wine.

Founded in 1868, Henschke is internationally recognised for its pioneering biodynamic practices and commitment to expressing site and heritage through wine.

On the evening, Johann will guide guests through a carefully curated wine pairing, thoughtfully matched with Ming Court’s refined Cantonese menu.

Discover the story of Taiwan’s first single malt distillery, founded in 2005 and now recognised around the world.
On the evening, you will enjoy a guided tasting of five Kavalan whiskies, perfectly paired with a specially created menu.
