We are a young, passionate and dynamic company established in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. Its Founder and CEO, Michele Volpato has been around the Wine Industry for over 35 years and is passionate about his recent venture into the world

of rare Sicilian Biodynamic and Organic wines. Born in Italy with a family heritage rich in the world of Architecture and Arts, his passion of life and all that exists around has recently manifested itself in his latest drive to bring to Hong Kong a new awareness of Wines from Italy, in particular Sicily. Our Company Ethos is that the Wine we drink and Food we eat should be enjoyed for its own sake, with proper consideration of its origins, method of cultivation and the character of the people who stand behind it.
