5月19-20日；5月26至6月3日休息。
May 19-20; May 26- June 3 : Closed.

5月22至23為太平清醮齋期，為尊重傳統，是蛋將只提供無肉無五辛餐單。5月24日，飄色後開5pm，轉回正常餐單。
May 22–23 is the Cheung Chau Bun Festival vegetarian period. To respect this tradition, we will only serve meat-free and allium-free items. On May 24, we will reopen at 5 PM after the Piu S*k (Floating Colours) Parade and return to our normal menu.

【🥚生活需要一點甜🍬】
不過佢其實唔係好甜～
是焦糖燉蛋入面加入少少驚喜，除咗濃郁蛋香，仲加入咗另一隻甘香味道；面層焦糖即叫即燒，燒至金黃先上枱😋

This crème brûlée comes with a little surprise — beyond the rich eggy flavor, there’s an added layer of nutty flavor. The caramel top is torched to order, finished to a golden hue before serving 😋
