真的非常感謝客人朋友們的支持，係店小二預想不到嘅（本以為兩個星期是足夠消化的，但被熟口朋友當頭棒喝咗），遇到大家係緣分，十分感恩，得到好多大家嘅愛同關心🙏🙏
大家都有選擇權，世界咁大咁多餐廳，至少呢6年半你哋有選擇到我哋，很感激亦好多安慰，證明有啲野我哋係做啱咗！我地會好好記住呢一切同埋大家，無你哋嘅支持，兩條友捱6年半真係唔知點捱出嚟🥚多謝多謝多謝🙏

We are truly, deeply grateful for all the support from our customers and friends—far more than we ever expected. We honestly thought two weeks would be enough time to take everything in, but some of our regulars gave us a real wake-up call.
Meeting all of you has been a blessing, and we are incredibly thankful for all the love and care you have shown us. 🙏🙏

【💣Last Chance! 土製炸蛋🥚】
全手工製作土製炸蛋，外層係用上免治豬肉，好處係可以自己調味同埋調較肥瘦比例，手搓至起膠，肉餡夠彈性，先可以包住原隻流心蛋都唔會散。蛋黃流心，味道香濃，增添濕潤口感，配上外層即叫即炸日本麵包糠，外層就酥脆又唔油膩😋因為要人手搓，所以每日數量有限！
為保持食物質素，炸蛋只限堂食，不設外賣，想試就記得嚟堂食，熱辣辣上枱最好味！

Our homemade scotch egg’s outer layer uses minced pork, which is great because you can season it yourself and adjust the fat-to-lean ratio. By hand-mixing until it becomes sticky, the meat filling gets a nice bouncy texture, making it possible to wrap a whole runny egg inside without it falling apart. The yolk stays runny and rich in flavor, adding a moist and luscious mouthfeel. Paired with a coating of freshly fried Japanese panko breadcrumbs, the exterior turns out crispy but not greasy. 😋
To maintain food quality, scotch eggs are only available for dine-in and not for takeaway. If you want to try them, make sure to dine in—the dish is best enjoyed hot and fresh at the table! 🙏

【🥔✨是蛋自家薯蓉✨🥚】
薯蓉係是蛋其中一款最多回頭客人朋友會點嘅小菜，因為佢真係幼滑到停唔到口!😍要試快啲試啦！
是蛋自家製法式薯蓉，選用新鮮薯仔🥔，去皮之後煮到夠腍，再加入牛奶同牛油等多種材料。奶脂可以鎖住空氣，令薯蓉打出嚟好似雪糕咁綿密幼滑，每一啖都好順口🍦。

再配上香濃溫泉蛋同松露醬🥚，蛋香、奶香加上松露香一層接一層，香氣撲鼻，一上枱已經香氣撲鼻。淨食慢慢嘆原味，亦都可以同烘到香脆嘅多士一齊食，適合任何時間品嚐。大份肉食野入面，都會跟埋呢份自家薯蓉做配菜，一齊食更滿足！😋

Mashed potato is one of the most popular side dishes that our regulars always come back for, because it’s so silky-smooth you just can’t stop eating it! 😍
At Si Dan, our French-style mashed potato is homemade using fresh potatoes 🥔. We peel them, cook them until completely tender, then mix in milk, butter, and various other ingredients. The dairy fat helps trap air inside, so the mash can be whipped until it’s as smooth and creamy as ice cream, with every bite melting gently on the palate. 🍦

On top, we add a rich onsen egg and truffle sauce 🥚. The layers of egg aroma, milky fragrance, and truffle scent build on each other, and the fragrance hits you the moment it reaches the table. You can enjoy it on its own to savour the original flavour, or spread it on crispy toasted bread; it’s perfect at any time of day. Our meaty dishes also come with this house mashed potato on the side, making every plate even more satisfying! 😋
