Closure notice:
Hello friends, we are in the final days of Uncle Ching on 21 Amoy Street and will have our last service this weekend 🥺
There are many obstacles when trying to keep things authentic but with a prolonged series of limitation in HK, and as a small family owned business, comes the difficult decision to close our restaurant permanently on Saturday 14th Jan, 2023.
Our mission since day 1 was to promote Sarawak food and culture in Hong Kong via a very personal approach, and it’s been sooo nice to see how many of you resonated with our family recipes whether you are Malaysian or not. Never did we imagine getting this far 🥹
We hope to continue working towards that mission in a different time and space, but for now would like to say thank you to our amazing team and to all customers who ate & laughed with us along the way 🥰
PS. still taking lunch bookings from 12-4pm. Until Saturday 🇲🇾❤️🔥🍧🤝
