was madness.

i’ve never experienced something like this. this was beyond that Spark in someone’s eyes when they’ve taken that first lick of Mad Honey.

knowing we are doing something right was not just based on the sales numbers, bottles of jars sold, bowls of noodles consumed or people coming up and telling us how they can’t get enough of Crack Sauce.

this was about the people who rooted for us. people who wanted A Spark of Madness to succeed.

for the people who came up to our booth over the four days, because their friend from different parts of the world had told them about a condiment brand from HK being in Singapore and they should come check it out. for the people who came on day one, cleaned out their jar of Caramelized Spring Onion and wanted a restock on day four.

for friends coming out and helping to pack orders, bringing me food, wine and egg sandwiches. for telling me to keep spirits up even though we are running out of jars and going back to hk on an overnight flight to restock and come back in time doesn’t make sense.

i am in awe. thank you for always supporting our madness.
