Putong bigas!!!Madali lng talaga tong gawin basta gagamit lng tayo ng rice flour at malambot dahil sa ginawan natin ito ng tanzhong kaya hanap hanapin talaga ito ni suki

1 kilo recipe ng p**o bigas/rice flour
For tanzhong method 👇
1 and 1/2 cup rice flour
4 cups water
Pagsamasamahin lng ang 2 ingredients na ito at lutuin haluin hanggang sa itoy lumapot
For mixture 👇
1 kilo rice flour
3 and 1/2 cups white sugar pweding mag add kung natatabangan kapa
1 tbsp yeast
6 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
6 cups coconut milk
Pagsamasamahin ang mga ingredients sa isang bowl at ilagay yung ginawang tanzhong at rest yung mixture ng 30 to 40minutes bago ilagay sa mga moulder
Gumamit ako dito ng large p**o moulder at hindi lng ako nag pahid sa moulder ng oil at kulong kulo na yung tubig ko sa steamer bago ko ito isinalang sa 17 minutes sa malakas apoy kalan

Putong Bigas !!!
500 grams Rice Flour
1 Cup White Sugar
3 cups water
1 1/2 tsp yeast
1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Roux Mixture
1/2 cup Rice Flour
2 cups water

Note!!
Make sure that the mixture is not hot before mixing the yeast and the baking powder . Otherwise it would kill the yeast

Molder Small size
Steam for 5 to 10 mins ,,,
