這桶威士忌全程在波本桶熟成，不經過冷凝過濾，以 56.7% 的原桶強度裝瓶，全桶僅出產 211 瓶。
看一眼官方的品飲筆記，就知道這絕對是一款趣味十足的佳釀 🥃：
純飲香氣（Nose neat）：
消毒水（TCP）、OK 繃、Germolene 藥膏、削鉛筆屑、泥煤煙燻、煙燻魚、隱約的皮革拋光香、新車皮革味、燃燒的石楠花枝。
純飲口感（Taste neat）：
入口先是甜美，隨後帶出胡椒般的辛香與微微氣泡感，伴隨著海水鹹香與強烈藥感（又是熟悉的 Germolene 藥膏味）、岸邊海帶、焦木、帶鹹味的海螺殼，泥煤感十足且充滿鹹香鮮味。
加水香氣（Nose diluted）：
泥煤與煙燻感大幅降低，帶出自然的植物青草香（番茄葉）、鹹鹹的海灘邊緣、燒焦的樹枝，並多了點奶香與淡淡的 Germolene 藥膏味，就像用牛奶燉煮的煙燻黑線鱈。
加水口感（Taste diluted）：
口感變甜，帶有煤焦油皂與汽水糖（Sherbet）的風味，但氣泡感比純飲時柔和許多，伴隨著燒焦樹枝、Germolene 藥膏、黑糖，以及濃郁蘇格蘭魚湯（Cullen Skink）裡帶鹹味的煙燻黑線鱈。

Hints: This distillery is famous for exporting into the United States of America during Prohibition because of its medicinal characteristics.
The whisky was matured in a bourbon barrel and bottled un-chill-filtered at cask strength of 56.7% yielding 211 bottles.
Just look at the official tasting notes, you can already tell we're in for a very interesting dram🥃
Nose neat: TCP, Elastoplast, Germolene, pencil sharpenings, peat smoke, smoked fish, a hint of polished leather, new car smell, burning heather twigs.
Taste neat: Initially sweet with a spicy pepperiness, fizzy with a briny saltiness, medicinal (Germolene again), kelp on the shore, charred wood, salty sea shells, peaty and savoury.
Nose diluted: The peat and smoke is vastly reduced, quite viney (tomato leaves), salty shoreline, charred sticks, creamy with a slight hint of Germolene, smoked haddock poached in milk.
Taste diluted: Sweeter, with Coal Tar soap, sherbet - but far less fizzy than when neat, burnt twigs, Germolene, Muscovado sugar, salty smoked haddock in a rich Cullen Skink.
