每次去 Cask Trade 的專屬酒倉，我們最興奮的就是踏入這片麥芽威士忌的心臟地帶。
我們順道在附近來了一場「快閃旅行」，把周邊的景點玩了個遍，當中包括：

We love going to visit the Cask Trade Warehouse because it gives us a chance to get out into the heart of Malt Whisky country.

On our latest visit we made a whistlestop tour of the area to soak up the sites, including:

🌊 Findhorn Beach for a walk about
🛍️ Aberlour for a bit of shopping
☕️ The Dowans Hotel for a quick coffee
🍴 The Craigellachie Hotel for a good pub meal
🥃 The Highlander Inn for a cheeky dram

We even plated a game of spot the distillery while on the road.

It's truly a beautiful part of the world and once that should be top of your list as a whisky lover.

本週 ，帶大家一窺我們老闆 Simon 剛入手的神級私藏... 🥃

這套是 Gordon & MacPhail 推出、極具分量的 ‘Connoisseurs Choice Heritage Collection’ 第一卷。 全系列共有五支，皆為極高年份且極其罕見的威士忌，其中更包含許多平時難得一見的單一麥芽品牌。

Simon是G&M 的多年鐵粉，對這次的發行自然也是讚不絕口。 在這標誌性的木製收藏盒中，您可以看到：

Dallas Dhu (已關廠) – 1971 | 50年熟成
Benromach – 1976 | 48年熟成
Glenlochy (已關廠) – 1979 | 43年熟成
Port Ellen (傳奇酒廠) – 1980 | 45年熟成

This week's is a little peak at the new addition to our founder's bottle collection...

This is Volume One of Gordon & MacPhail’s ‘Connoisseurs Choice Heritage Collection’. A five-bottle collection of exquisite, very old and rare whisky from distilleries seldom seen as single malts.

Simon has been a long-standing fan of Gordon & MacPhail and this release is no different. Encased in their iconic wooden display you’ll find:

Dallas Dhu Distillery – 1971, 50 Year Old, Refill American Hogshead, 43.7%
Benromach Distillery – 1976, 48 Year Old, First Fill Sherry Hogshead, 43.8%
Glenlochy Distillery – 1979, 43 Year Old, Refill American Hogshead, 53.6%
Port Ellen Distillery – 1980. 45 Year Old, Refill American Hogshead, 57.6%
Rosebank Distillery – 1991, 34 Year Old, First Fill Bourbon Barrel, 53.1%

We're looking forward to tasting these exceptional bottles as Simon luckily bought two!

What a weekend in Beijing 🇨🇳

We made our debut at Whisky+ Beijing. Being nearly 10,000 square metres and showcasing over 4,000 premium whiskies, it is of the largest spirits gatherings in Asia.
