Club Qing operates an independent bottling business as well as a whisky bar in Hong Kong. Since its establishment in 2015, Club Qing has been an advocate of whiskies in the region. Our whisky bar has over 300 bottles of old and rare whiskies offered by the glass. Club Qing在香港經營獨立裝瓶業務以及一家威士忌酒吧。自2015年成立以來，Club Qing一直是香港威士忌的倡導者。我們的威士忌酒吧有超過300瓶罕見且特別的威士忌，都可以提供單杯。

Please note that Club Qing Whisky Bar located at 10/F Cosmos Building is now permenently closed. Our new whisky bar CQ .Bar will be opening in May 2026.

Club Qing will continue to focus on independent bottling, while CQ is where the whisky finds its place.

OMG the aroma when we cracked open this bottle 😍😍😍

The Kawasaki Distillery is so mysterious that most people don’t even know it existed. Sources disagree on its founding: some claim 1937, while others say the 1940s. Kawasaki only distilled its own grain whisky beginning in 1969. It belonged to the Sanraku Group (三楽), and all of its output was used for Japanese blended whiskies such as Ocean Whisky. The distillery stopped production in 1987, but the exact date of its closure is unclear. No single-grain bottlings were released during its active years. Later, Ichiro Akuto acquired certain casks from the distillery’s long-lost stocks, and so far only eight single casks have been released. This is undoubtedly one of the rarest Japanese whiskies and possibly the best single-grain whisky ever produced.

Club Qing往後的發展將於4月1日公布。

Since its establishment in 2003 at Lan Kwai Fong, Club Qing has evolved from a private dining establishment to a whisky bar, witnessing the changes in Lan Kwai Fong over the past 23 years and the development of whisky culture in Hong Kong. With the shift in Club Qing's business focus, we believe that the historical mission of Club Qing Whisky Bar has been completed. The last operating date for Club Qing Whisky Bar in Lan Kwai Fong will be March 31, 2026 (Tuesday). We welcome everyone to visit us in the coming weeks to bid us a stylish farewell and enjoy a perfect finale.

The future developments of Club Qing will be announced on April 1.

在今年 WhiskyNow!前一天，我們將舉辦2場特別的品酒會！第二場由日本秩父ウイスキー祭委員會(Chichibu Whisky Matsuri Committee)主持的 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗯𝘂 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴，將一次過品飲5瓶日本秩父蒸溜所 Chichibu Distillery 出品的威士忌！主講嘉賓橫田武志(Takeshi Yokota)是秩父ウイスキー祭委員會會長，同時亦是ＰＵＢＬＩＣ ＢＡＲ Ｔｅ・Ａｉｒｉｇｈ（パブリックバー　チェ・アリー） 的店主。他當日會和各位分享他對秩父原酒的心得。品酒會設有即場粵語翻譯。

It is a rather surreal experience trying these old bottles from Gordon & MacPhail. Distilled in 1969 and bottled at 15 Years old, this Royal Brackla is everything you did not expect - very fruity aroma, with a hint of old bottle effect (OBE). The palate is gentle but not lacking power and strength.
