Gary Wong 魚菜共生魚場 香港廚餘再生魚場是以廚餘再生魚飼料、肥料，用作養殖本土優魚產、種植本土蔬果瓜菜的再生運作實體。
2015開始將為香港學校及機構提供魚菜共生系統的設計及顧問服務。

香港廚餘再生魚場是利用日本ＥＭ生物技術及台灣佩兒廚餘機械技術，將廚餘再生魚飼料、肥料，用作養殖本土優魚產、種植本土蔬果瓜菜的再生運作實體。
現時以養殖澳洲昆士蘭品種的寶石魚、歐洲品種的丁貴魚等高營養價值的魚種為主。我們為了提高魚產質素及安全性，在養殖的過程中除了堅持不用任何藥物及化學品養魚外，更利用益生菌生物技術來作養魚用水的物過濾，及魚種疾病防治。
