Adelphi Selection Linkwood 11 — Just 243 Bottles 🥃

Adelphi Selection Linkwood 11 Year Old — single cask, single malt, and just 243 bottles in existence.

Distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2023 at a natural cask strength of 53.1%, unchill-filtered with no added colour. Adelphi accepts only ~4% of casks offered to them — and when they pick a Linkwood, it's worth paying attention. Most of Linkwood's output disappears into blends, so a single cask release this limited is a genuine tasty find.

Adelphi Selection Linkwood 11年單一麥芽威士忌 ，單桶只有243支。2011年蒸餾，2023年裝瓶，天然原桶強度 53.1%，無冷凝過濾、無添加色素。Adelphi 對橡木桶極之嚴選，只接受約 4% 嘅樣本；而 Linkwood 嘅酒大多數都流入調和威士忌，單一桶嘅限量發售實屬難得。

Murray McDavid Mission Gold — North British 35 Year Old 🥃

35 years in the making. Only 727 bottles exist. Murray McDavid's "Mission Gold" series — North British 1988, aged 35 years and finished in Ex-Islay casks.

Single grain (instead of the usual single malt) whisky at its absolute peak: pineapple, sea spray, peat, citrus peel and smoke, bottled at 52.1% with natural colour and no chill filtration. Rare indeed!

This Caol Ila 12 Year Old from Murray McDavid's Benchmark range was finished for 18 months in Wild Beer Co. Imperial Stout casks — delivering peat, sea salt caramel, dark chocolate and coffee in every sip.

Distilled 2012, bottled 2024 at 52.3% ABV — natural colour, non-chill filtered and limited to just 1,502 bottles.

Longrow Peated — Campbeltown Smoke

From Springbank Distillery — one of Scotland's family-owned distilleries — Longrow is a heavily peated whisky of Campbeltown. Double distilled, non-chill filtered, natural colour, matured in Bourbon & Sherry casks.

On the nose and palate: Campbeltown smoke, creamy vanilla custard, toasted marshmallows, herbs, sea fruits and a slight medicinal hint.

Only 230 bottles worldwide. This is NOT your typical Arran. 🔥

While Arran is beloved for its light, fruity character, this limited single cask release flips the script — a beautifully peated single malt distilled in 2014, matured for a full decade in a 1st fill bourbon barrel, and bottled at cask strength by the legendary Indie-bottler Adelphi.

Expect gentle peat smoke layered with vanilla cream, a whisper of sea salt, toasted malt, and tropical fruit. Sweet, lively, and oh-so-drinkable at 57.1%. 🌊🍍

Glenlivet 26 Year Old 1998 Single Cask - Masterpiece (Master of Malt)
Floral, malty, and complex, this marvellous single malt from Glenlivet joins the Master of Malt collection. Distilled in 1998, the whisky enjoyed a generous 26 years maturing in a single bourbon barrel, allowing a medley of rich sweetness and spice to develop. Without added colour or chill filtration, a release of just 99 bottles.

Nose👃
Lemon drizzle cake, honey fudge, and buttery fruit pastries, a touch of raspberry, with hints of citrus blossom, vanilla, and butterscotch.

Palate😍
A medley of rich, fruity sweetness and warming woody spices gathers. Robust notes of toffee pennies and syrup-soaked apricots give way to a wave of pepper and nutmeg, doused by yet more caramel sweetness, apple candies, and robust malt.

Finish🥃
Long and satisfying with brown sugar, apple loaf, rich oak, buttery notes of bourbon and toffee popcorn, with gently drying earthy spice on the tail.

聞👃
一開頭係拖肥糖、暖粒粒焦糖、糖漿海綿蛋糕同牛油酥餅嘅甜香。跟住有奶油橡木、多汁大麥味走出嚟，夾住雲尼拿、牛奶咖啡同少少青香蕉氣息。

飲🧐
入口軟滑，先係濃厚軟糖層次，之後有微微甜蛋糕香料、燒菠蘿同薑嘅暖意。煉奶、朱古力蘸莓果、少少士多啤梨絲帶糖，同淡淡烤木桶香。

尾韻🥃
車厘子朱古力、止咳糖甜味、濃郁橡木、奶油糖果，仲有幾有性格嘅香料餘韻。

MoM: Allow us to present a fine single malt from Glen Elgin, independently bottled by us right here at Master of Malt! Distilled in 2006, this whisky spent 16 years maturing in a refill hogshead, developing sweet layers of silky honey and grilled pineapple along the way. A release of 271 bottles, without added colour or chill filtration.

Nose👃
A sweet welcome of toffee pennies, warm caramel, syrupy sponge cake, and buttery shortbread. Creamy oak and juicy barley join in time, with vanilla, milky coffee, and a touch of green banana.

Palate🧐
Soft and supple to start, with lucious layers of fudge, then a tickle of sweet cakey spice, grilled pineapple, and ginger warmth. Condensed milk, chocolate-dipped berries, a hint of strawberry laces, mellow oak char.

Finish🥃
Cherry chocolate, cough drop sweetness, rich oak, butterscotch, and characterful spice.

Celebrate The Year of the Horse with this (mini sized) special release!

Part of the Caskells x Kowloon Spirits collection, this limited 500 bottle release is designed to commemorate the upcoming 2026 Lunar New Year. This edition focuses on the Year of the Horse, symbolizing energy and forward momentum.

The presentation is the primary feature of this release. The 100ml decanter contains an intricate, coloured sculpture of a horse fixed within the center of the bottle. The horse is mounted on a base in a pocket of air, the bottle is filled with (accelerated aged) Single Malt Whiskey from Kowloon Spirits bottled at 40% ABV, Made in Hong Kong.

Accelerated aged - a preview for what is to come ~3 years from now :)

Packaged in a red and gold presentation box featuring both Caskells and Kowloon Spirits brands, this item is intended as a commemorative gift or a collector's display piece for the Lunar New Year season. May this whiskey bring you good luck in the year of the Horse!
