This year’s design is rendered in metallic copper tones and deep mineral pigments. Grounded in a flowing red palette, the galloping horse captures the elegance and strength of this revered animal. 品牌首次攜手 Lady M，獨家呈獻「干邑三重朱古力慕斯蛋糕」。以軒尼詩V.S.O.P的馥郁果香與橡木氣息為靈魂，結合濃郁朱古力慕斯、焦糖軟心、干邑啫喱、朱古力海綿蛋糕及香脆餅底，頂層覆以干邑白朱古力甘納許及輕盈淡忌廉，層層交融，每一口都能品嘗出軒尼詩干邑餘韻。發佈會中大家除了一嘗蛋糕滋味，更可品嘗由HennessyMyWay2025參賽者Brian Yeung @ Uncle Ming's Whisky Bar 帶來的兩款鷄尾酒：The Drifter 以及 XpressO Martini，再次展示軒尼詩V.S.O.P和X.O.作爲鷄尾酒調配的無限可能。

Hennessy announced the first collaboration with fine confection brand - Lady M Hong Kong to launch the exclusive Cognac Trio Chocolate Mousse. This luxurious masterpiece blends the rich fruit and oak notes of Hennessy V.S.O.P with layers of rich chocolate mousse, luscious caramel, cognac jelly, chocolate sponge, and a crisp biscuit base, topped with Hennessy-infused ganache and whipped cream. Every bite showcases the sophistication and artistry of both brands. At the press conference, guests enjoyed cake and two cocktails by Brian Yeung ( Ming's Whisky Bar, HennessyMyWay2025 contestant): The Drifter and XpressO Martini, highlighting the versatility of Hennessy V.S.O.P and X.O. in cocktails.

Cognac Trio Chocolate Mousse will be available in limited quantities at all Lady M Hong Kong outlets starting from August 29. The first 20 customers of each selected Lady M stores to purchase a whole cake of Cognac Triple Chocolate Mousse at designated Lady M stores will receive a Hennessy V.S.O.P mini bottle (50ml), subject to limited availability.
