喜棧首間分店在2010年創立，時至今日已在灣仔開設第4間分店，成為最新的旗艦店。喜棧由即製粥品或粉麵、明爐燒味及精緻小菜食皆十分創新，用料講究。喜棧不惜成本自設工場，每日以人手精心新鮮製作雲吞、水餃及魚丸等食品。

要數喜棧的招牌食品，必然是蝦子鮮蝦雲吞麵，創日賣過百碗之舉。雲吞麵湯底色清味濃，除加入大量煎香的大地魚外，秘訣在於放入經秘方炮製過的蝦子，加上雲吞蝦鮮肉爽，麵條爽滑彈牙，體會到喜棧用心地把傳統雲吞麵之精髓更加昇華。

另外，鮮魚湯四寶河的魚湯每日鮮製，用上20斤鮮鯪魚及新鮮唐排敖足六小時，湯底入口鮮甜，配上自家製人手打的新鮮魚丸產品，高水準之作。

喜棧灣仔和九龍塘又一城分店更自家明爐，即場燒製，以極品燒鵝和脆皮燒腩最著名。
