本身喺銀行業內出任一職，也係一位資深高管嘅James
喺疫情開始時難得多咗好多時間打發
佢決定用平常沒有的時間去做十分享受烹飪
建立咗佢嘅私房菜私人廚房

喺一次朋友聚會中James巧遇Gigi姐
Gigi姐當時仲未認識James但聽過多位朋友讚賞佢嘅廚藝好有個人風格
當一次機緣Gigi姐到咗James嘅私房菜作座上客時
Gigi 姐被私房菜內嘅擺設同各式各樣嘅精美餐具擺設吸引住
呢次聚會為佢哋兩人打開咗友誼之門

Gigi 姐準備推出第15冊食譜時
向James提出借用佢嘅私房菜同餐具來拍攝
James 冇猶疑就爽快答應所求
不過Gigi姐同出版社新編輯初商時不如理想
最後都不能達到共識出版第15本菜譜
但正正如此締造咗James同Gigi姐一連串緊密合作嘅機會
佢哋更一起創立咗一個新嘅香港品牌「GiGourmet ｜ Gi 味滋味」
首次發行Gigi 姐的獨家秘製配方「Gi味黑金醬 」
而首版限量500個亦已經火速售罄
佢哋快將推出用咗全新嘅概念而編排嘅新精美菜譜
希望呢個新品牌能帶到唔單止係美味而且仲有人情味
回家嘅味道分享給每一位同GiGi姐喺電視螢幕前成長嘅香港人

Finally a full set sample is now in my hand for proofread one more time before printing.

Less than 2 months time, a whole collection of recipes are now turned into something more practical with more creative elements. The effort behind this creation in such short period of time couldn’t be underestimated. From food preparation to cooking; translation to editing; plating to photographing; labelling to packaging; design to printing; promotion to marketing; sales to logistics. It’s been a week for me to work till 5am each morning thus to ensure delivery of this project as promised.

It took more than two months to come up with those recipes nights and days as I have witnessed that. From hard working to disappointment, from hope to now reality, in between there have been too many too many events that have now become irrelevant. At last this special edition recipe collection will come together. If we have the will we have the way. A project that is full of heart full of love and full of creativity, I only know the best has yet to come. After all it’s not my own glory but the whole team behind this production. Thank you for your trust,
