Tie Guan Yin is a semi-fermented tea, which was originally rooted from a place called Anxi located in the southern province of China --- Fujian. Anxi’s unique geographic location and weather condition are the two main reasons contributing to the high quality of Tie Guan Yin, which have been produced since hundreds of years ago. The founder of R/G was born and raised in Anxi, which is a place that
produces the famous Tie Guan Yin. The founder was deeply influenced by the art of tea drinking since her childhood. Tea drinking means everything to her from childhood memories to preserving Chinese history and culture.
