A story of passion, dedication & great coffee - The Hinitan Plantation story
Our story really started way back in 2001 - not in the Philippines but in the deep jungles of Papua New Guinea where a young man had set out on the greatest adventure of his life and on his journey discovered his true passion - coffee - it is a story built on passion & determination great loss and great gain’s and beyond all love - a love for coffee, a love for life and falling in love with the life partner of that young man, who for so many years was lost but today and together they have built and created ‘The Hinitan Plantation’.
