本店售買之曲奇餅絕對天然，無添加。經過無數次的試驗及篩選。 我們選用意大利麵粉，紐西蘭忌廉牛油，韓國白砂糖。鹹曲奇之原料如黑松露，風乾火腿及番茄乾均來自意大利。

由兩位熱愛烹飪的廚師及烘培師組成，將意大利風味融入曲奇餅當中。亦可替個別客人訂制，如用代糖，少糖或超甜曲奇。

*由於本店所出售之曲奇絕無防腐藥劑及乳化劑，請於五天内食完。
