🍷 I am excited to announce our second single-producer wine dinner!!! 🍇

The dinner will be hosted at the three Michelin starred restaurant Forum and paired with Domaine Nakajima's world-class domaine wines.

Our event also includes an incredibly rare bottle of Cabernet Franc from 2014, handcarried directly from the Domaine for this dinner.

Seats are very limited so please sign up early if you are interested!

Join us for a night of Nagano Wine and delicious food at Mangia!

Nagano is the second largest wine producing region in Japan, on the 17th we will be discovering the hidden treasures in the high altitude region

There will be 8 rare Nagano wines served alongside a tapas style Dinner curated by Mangia's team.

We will explore the different regions within Nagano and learn about the unique history and terroir which creates these delicate and delicious wines.

Harvesting at lan seqqua 5/10/24

Lovely team at lan seqqua, the harvest was a good change of pace from the fast pace at Domaine Yui. Harvest is slow and steady.

The variety harvested was Koyachi's zweigelt for passetoutgrain, harvesters are given instructions prior to harvesting to sort while picking the grapes.

Shuntaro-san makes wine for his community and the community helps make wine for him.

It is crazy to see how much the wine reflects the personality of the winemaker.

not yet released wine, Fumizuki white!

I was so lucky to get to try the first vintage of domaine wine. As a gift when Isaka-san was in town in Yoichi

Bright yellow flower bouquet and orchard fruits, hints of lanolin and light lactic aromas in the background.

Quantities are very little, but the quality is very good.

Hope to get some in the hands of drinkers in Hong Kong.

🥂What is Pet-nat!?🍾

It's a which is , , and goes great with

🥂Similar to traditional sparkling wine🍾, the wine goes through a second fermentation in the bottle dissolving carbon dioxide as bubbles into the wine which makes them go pop when you open them.

Pet Nat's are what a reach for when I am going to eat spicy food🌶🌶🌶, the low abv and fruity aromas are a perfect match for ethnic and spicy cuisine. Japanese Pet-nats are comparatively clean and fruitier, making it the ultimate pairing for the aforementioned cuisines.
