Starting 2026 with a training session for the team of the Peninsula Hotel. Peter Kühn of Rheingau-based top w**ery Peter Jakob Kühn shared his philosophy on w**emaking and biodynamic viticulture. Hendelberg Riesling Kabinett 2020, St. Nikolaus Riesling GG 2017, and Spätburgunder 2020 showed their great class and terroir expression. Grateful for having Peter Kühn with us today and a big thanks to the Peninsula team for squeezing some time during the busy season!
