And I know that when you do something with commitment and passion it then becomes true. Funny thing was that I realised afterwards that was also an association between the two wineries that conceived this brand new project with me: CERetto and TAsca. I choose my part

Along the way, we met people who shared and believe in the same values. Love at the first sight was with Valentina Argiolas, owner of Argiolas winery. She became part of our family helping us in creating continuity and promoting Italian realities in Asia. Through our wines Certa is building a bridge to connect different cultures. We are driven by the love and passion we feel for what we do and we want you to taste, smell, enjoy and remember the stories held in each bottle. Nowadays, Certa has its headquarter in HK, operating all over the Middle East and Asia Pacific, trading with 26 countries. In 2018 our project is going to involve other Mediterranean wineries with the intention of bringing their interesting history and reality to Asia.

Tavel is the only AOC in France built entirely around rosé — and it has been since 1936. That’s not a trend. That’s a terroir. The Vignerons de have been working these stony southern Rhône soils since 1931, producing reds, whites and rosés from two appellations that rarely get the attention they deserve. We’re bringing them to Hong Kong this May.
