Tan Shan Organic Tan Shan Organic We are interested in exploring the local agricultural community and seeking for a Hok Tau community connection there.

從2011年初開始營運，整整五年以來，丹山有機秉持有機耕作的原則，按照本地水土物候去生產適合本地居民的食物。另外，丹山有機亦希望發揮社區連結的精神，探索所處的鶴藪農業社區，並於香港島市區設立天台有機種植場，嘗試推動城市農耕（city farming）的可能性。近年同時在農場和天台開展有機耕種教育工作。

Since 2011, tanshan organic has been keen on the very principle of organic farming, that is to grow seasonal crops for local consumption. Also, we have set up a rooftop farm on the island, intending to promote farming in city, we have developed our educational work both in farm and urban area.
