The Nikka Perfect Serve 2025 finalists are officially in Hong Kong.

This week, the city welcomes remarkable bartenders from around the world, each carrying the craft, culture, and character of their home bars.

Inspired by ichi-go ichi-e, the Nikka Perfect Serve celebrates the beauty of a moment that happens only once:
every exchange, every creation, every encounter.

As the competition unfolds here in Hong Kong, we welcome the finalists who have travelled to share their skill, their stories, and their singular approach to the perfect serve.

Last March, brought a taste of Bangkok to Hong Kong with a one-night only guest shift at , blending the rich legacy of with Nikka Whisky’s unparalleled dedication to craftsmanship.

Bar Sathorn was recently recognized in the prestigious 50 Best Discovery list, and we are proud to be featured in all of the cocktails on offer throughout the evening.

Our favorites for the evening included the Bangkok Brunch, a unique blend of Nikka Coffey Vodka, Tequila & Mezcal and hints of Thai Pad Krapow and topped with a frozen tomato, as well as the Pina, with Nikka From The Barrel and zesty flavors of pickled pineapple and coconut hard seltzer.
