Organic & Natural wine. A delicate, aromatic and very pure wine.

Grape variety
100% Mourvèdre

Tasting notes
Deep purple color, clear and bright. Intense aromas of black fruit and wild berries.
Fresh and aromatic on the palate (blackberry, blackcurrant, crushed strawberry) with a fine texture and very supple tannins. The finish is spicy and floral.

Winemaking
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with very gentle extraction followed by 6 months of aging. Bottled without added sulfites.
