甚麼是角豆？What is Carob?

豆樹是天然的植物，樹上的豆莢(即角豆)是澳洲角豆公司角豆產品的主要成分。在角豆樹開花後，角豆需要11個月成熟，由綠色變成深棕色方可收割。角豆可分成三部分，包括：外殼、胚乳以及種子。角豆乾即是將角豆的外殼磨成粗粒。將角豆外殼的粗粒研磨成粉即成為角豆粉，而生產角豆糖漿則由角豆乾再加工成液體並濃縮而成。澳洲角豆公司的角豆糖漿、角豆粉及角豆乾都是100%天然，不含添加劑、色素、防腐劑或糖精，並無麩質、堅果、奶類製品及咖啡因。

ods to mature on the tree ready for harvesting which turn from green to dark brown. The outer husk is kibbled into Carob Kibble Nibbles. Further milling of kibbles produces carob powder. Carob syrup is produced by processing carob kibbles into liquid form and then condensing over a period of time. Carob Syrup, Carob powder and Carob Kibble Nibbles of Australian Carob Co are all 100% natural. It has no additives, colours, preservatives or added sweeteners. It is gluten free, nut free, dairy free and caffeine free.
