Creating a full day of wellness activities on Global Wellness Day (Saturday, 13-June-2015) at the Brahma Kumaris Kowloon centre.

Our goal is to teach and empower people to say "I Say Yes" to fun and rejuvenating activities that increase their physical, emotional, intellectual, relationship and spiritual well-being.

Come and learn simple, practical tools to increase your happiness and well-being from health and wellness trainers.
